The new My AXA Mobile App marks its first iteration with a focus on health insurance policyholders and optimized existing functionalities. Users can expect their familiar services and benefits associated with both comprehensive and supplementary health insurance, presented in a modern and intuitive design that is both user-friendly and forward-thinking.
Other customer groups will continue to have access to the traditional self-services, such as reporting claims, requesting documents for vehicle and life insurance, with the forthcoming app updates.

Additional Benefits
If you have not yet utilized the My AXA Mobile App or the My AXA Portal (www.myaxa.de), registration via SMS is straightforward. Existing users can log in directly using their username and password. The first login will require an activation code, which can be found in the documentation received during registration—this code remains valid permanently. In case you no longer have access to this code, it can also be requested directly through the app via SMS.
Enhanced Data Security:
To ensure that only you have access to your personal data, the app will prompt you to enter a six-digit PIN each time it is opened. You can set this PIN upon your initial sign-in. Alternatively, facial recognition or fingerprint authentication can be utilized. For security reasons, the My AXA App is not compatible with rooted devices.
